ASACP Returns to In-Person TES Affiliate Conferences for Marbella Event

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has announced their return to attending in-person industry events, beginning with the TES Affiliate Conference scheduled for July 2-5 at the Don Carlos Resort & Spa in Marbella, Spain.

Here is the statement by ASACP:

Since 2009, The European Summit (TES), now evolved into TES Affiliate Conferences, has a long history of bringing together professionals from online entertainment, e-commerce, financial, gaming, gambling, dating, forex, health, nutraceuticals and other industries for an intensive three-day event.

An ASACP Sponsor since 2010, TES Affiliate Conferences “has been one of the association’s most stalwart supporters, providing considerable, consistent assistance that has enabled ASACP to spread the word about the need for online child protection to operators across Europe and beyond.

Following a COVID-caused hiatus that banished real-world events to the digital realm, TES is set to welcome a limited number of eager execs to its first in-person business and networking event since the pandemic quarantine and its global travel restrictions.

According to the show’s promoters, this hybrid event will unite the best of both the live and virtual worlds with a unique conference that embraces cautious optimism and a bold vision for the future as the industry slowly returns to a state of normalcy after this transition period that combines opportunity with responsibility.

ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning will participate in the Marbella event, thanks to the generous support of the association’s official travel sponsor, DialXS, which will underwrite his travel expenses and hotel accommodations.

As the official travel sponsor, DialXS is very much aware that for a nonprofit organization such as ASACP, which is financially fully dependent on its sponsors and donors, it is very difficult to get new sponsors onboard without meeting decision-makers in person,” said Chris Visser of DialXS. “During the first possible live summit since the start of the COVID pandemic, DialXS is making sure that ASACP will attend TES 2021 Marbella, and also, as exclusive event picture and video sponsor, DialXS will make sure that the ASACP logo will also be added on the footage for extra exposure and visibility.”

At TES, Henning will educate app developers, website owners, and other stakeholders as to how they can protect their companies while protecting children on the internet.

“TES has always been very generous in its support of ASACP and our ongoing mission to keep children out of and away from adult-oriented content and is an integral part of the association’s fundraising and outreach efforts,” Henning said. “TES’s support has been key in enabling the association to reach decision-makers from a growing, global range of online industries, many of which have age restriction requirements.”

“Our access to TES’s audience is vital, and it is only possible through the assistance of DialXS — a winning combination of companies that are doing their part to promote the best interests of child safety and the industry at large,” Henning concluded. “They are both excellent examples of corporate responsibility for other brands to follow.”
